Join Doctor How and his trusty companion Daisy on a journey through time and space. Travel with them through our solar system as they unlock its secrets and discover something mysterious happening on the surface of the moon…
Why are strange alien creatures mining the moon? What are their dastardly plans? And will they unravel the ultimate question of the universe that has puzzled scientists since time began… ‘is the moon really made of cheese?!’

Doctor How?, which explores the topics of forces and the Earth & beyond, is based on relevant sections of the National Curriculum for science.
Infants (4-7yrs): Explores forces (pushes and pulls) and their effect on objects causing them to speed up, slow down, change shape or direction. The force of gravity is examined. We learn about Earths days, nights and years along with demonstrations of the solar system and the phases of the moon.

Juniors (7-12yrs): As above, with a more in depth look at forces in opposition. We conduct experiments with a Newtonmeter and explain that Newtons are the unit of measurement for forces. We explore friction, air resistance and gravity. The Earths movement (Days & Years), the solar system and the phases of the moon are also explained in greater detail.
